How are you different than an ordinary real estate agent?
I am a real estate consultant, hold an MBA, Post Bacc in education, and BS in Technology. I have been certified with the States of California and Arizona as a Real Estate Broker and also a Real Estate Instructor with the state of Arizona. I am familiar with International Real Estate transactions and the the entire transactional process, for the best interest of the estate. In addition to real estate consulting, I also provide dedicated fiduciary services, working on your behalf, as your representative.
How do you work in so many markets?
My business model focuses on clients, regardless of location. I work both local and international real estate markets, regardless of location.
How can you help liquidate my estate overseas?
I provide international property consultations and estate solutions. Working with an established network of select world-wide associates and vendors. Depending on a variety of factors, including market conditions, we work with you through the steps towards your desired outcome.
